This spring I decided it was time to learn new watercolor techniques, since I am mostly self taught in that area. So for the last month I've been taking watercolor classes from Alexis Lavine and learning so much. This is a painting I did in my studio applying some of the things I've learned.
Annette Bartlett-Golden paints a wide range of subjects from landscapes to animals and makes abstract works with paper. Using vibrant colors, she imparts a sense of immediacy, vivacity and optimism to her paintings and paper collages.
